Several customers had problems with the shop after they
opened an account. Several reasons are possible. If you have problems we
will assist you. Please answer the following questions:
Which browser do you
use?
Do you use a proxy server?
Are cookies enabled in your browser options?
If we aren't allowed to set
cookies, the system isn't
able to take the "my account" information to the next page, so
the system "forgets" it and you will be permanently asked to
register again. Modern shop systems mostly all use these cookies, so you
can use the shops only as a guest if you don't enable cookies in your
browser options.
Tip:
Cookies are like bookmarks. They let you come back to where you left off
and the system actually remembers you, so you don't have to reregister
every time you change a page. You can configure this in the options
folder in your browser

| If I'm logged in as customer, the system demands always to give in password and email address? | In most cases you forbid your browser to set cookies. Details see here. | |
| Why there are numbers behind the categories? | These numbers show the tally of articles in each category. | |

What means SSL? |
SSL means Secure Socket Layer. This is a code system, which will be build up during your session with our server. You may compare it to a tunnel and nobody can get access from outside as long as this connection is valid. You will see it on the address window of your browser. The connection changes from 'http' to 'https'. | |
| Is the ordering secure? | The SSL-connection (see above) guarantees you a maximum of security. | |
| Are other customers able to get access to my data? | No that's impossible, because these are also protected by SSL. Only the members of our administration team get access to it. | |

What means "Wish list"? |
In this you are able to put in articles you intend to order eventually. If you visit the shop the next time it is still active. | |
| Why there is a US and a British flag? | If you enter for example by the US flag all standards are according to the United States ones. | |
| Why does the same articles appear in different categories? | We tried to make the shopping as easy as possible for you, so we collected the articles in special categories additionally e.g. bondage items | |

| What is the "spot market"? | Here we offer items which are in stock. They will be send immediately. We try to build up this stock, but this will surely last some time. | |
| Am I able to log in under several email addresses? | No, due to data base technical problems this isn't possible. See next question. | |
What happens if I change my email address? |
If you log in with your old address, change it to the new one. If you visit the shop again, the new one is the log in address until you change it again. This process you can repeat as often as you want. The database will correct it automatically. | |
| Why the cart prices always inclusive the VAT of 16%, even if I live outside the European Union. | If you don't log in to your account or you aren't recognized as customer, the cart is in the unprotected area. First when you log in, the system recognizes you as customer and then the prices will be shown without VAT, if you are a non EU resident. | |
| Will the VAT also be deducted if I live outside the European Union, but the delivery address in within the EU? | No, that's impossible, because we are able to ship the good only with the net price if we have a proof of exportation, but if you live within the EU and the goods we shall ship outside the EU, you have to pay the net amount only, because we have an exportation proof for the financial authorities. | |
| How to order? | You need a customer account to order. Naturally we offer you also to write a mail, letter fax to contact us by the "contact us" button. In the same way you can ask for details, but if you are ordering in such a free manner it may happen that there are delays and you get no automatic status information, because the shop orders have priority. Also this isn't a secure way to transmit data. | |

Why you demand prepayment? |
There are only the "spot market" articles in stock and any other article is finished to your wishes. That's the reason why we are able to offer such a lot of variations, so no chance for us to produce them for the stock. Standard articles we exchange, but you may imagine that we have also problems to sell these goods fast again and mostly for a reduced price. We calculate the prices very sharp and don't want to rise them just for having a lot of articles laying around here. Articles from other suppliers we also have to pay in advance. | |
| When do you debit credit cards | Normally when you order, expect you ordered articles with three red points "according to our confirmation". These orders we will discuss with you. | |
| Are you able to ship also by parcel service and/or express? | In general yes, but the costs are much higher as our regular shipping, because we don't have contracts with other parcel services. But if you have e.g. a contract with a parcel service you can tell this company to pick up your goods here. This company will account you directly. | |
| Do you ship only by airmail? | No, if you want it expressively we send also the land/ship. The saved costs we will refund to you, or deduct from the invoice. | |
| Are you able to deliver on a concrete date? | In general yes if the delivery period is within the one we announced and confirmed. | |
| Are the delivery periods bindingly? | Unfortunately not. We try hard to ship the items within the announced period, but due to the fact that most articles are finished to your wishes we can't guarantee it. | |
| What it means if I see three red points and "according to our confirmation" below the article? | Mostly these are expensive articles or the fabrics / materials are not always available. In general we send you additionally to the automatic confirmation a personal one with details. normally these items are available within 5-6 weeks, if we don't detail it in another way. Payments or credit card debits we also discuss with you. | |
| When you ship "spot market" articles? | Normally on the same or the following day when you order. | |
| Why the delivery periods for special colors are extended? | When we offer special colors / fabrics we mostly have only a limited stock of these. Depending on the availability from the supplier we need about 2 weeks longer for them. | |
| Why I have to register if I have a question to an article? | Mostly your questions have to do with an planned order. We save these in your records and they are later available for us. But you can also ask us by clicking "contact us" at the bottom of the page, but then you have to tell us the detailed article. | |
| Why special colors are often so much more expensive? | The turnover of special colors is much less and the stock not big, due to save money. We order these often after your order. The supplier for these demands more money and also fees for minor quantities. | |
| Who you are? | Csara is chummy with the community of interest of zoom-bizarre.com . Members of this give us the most ideas for new designs and they also test the articles. So you may consider csara also as a shop interface of zoom-bizarre. | |
| Who is the manufacuterer of the articles | We have several groups in our team, who finish the biggest part of our offer made of Lycra and leather. Other articles as Latex and boots we get from friendly suppliers. | |
| Why exist categories multiple with the same name. | We installed basic categories sorted by materials, interests and also product categories. so you will find e.g. the bondage harness by clicking through "leather", "harnesses" & "bondage". Under "bondage" we gathered all bondage items made of leather, Latex, Lycra & Steel. | |
| How actual is the currencies calculation? |
The currencies are calculated automatically every day according to the official rates. But we have to tell you that there may be small deviations to our invoices depending on the rates your bank or credit card provider uses. We have to debit your accounts always in Euro, so often there is a small difference to your local currency. | |
| What's about quantity discount? | At the moment not implemented in the system. | |
| Do you offer loyalty discounts? | At the moment not implemented in the system. We check your accounts and react individually. | |
